About Us

European Car Authority is a family owned, full service auto repair shop serving the Eastside since 1995. Ken is the owner and Master Technician whose passion is working on European cars. Cheryl takes care of the accounting and business. Dillon and Patrick are skilled technicians who offer the highest level of customer service. Being that we are a relatively small shop, you will not be handed off to a middle man (or service writer) – you will communicate directly with Ken who will be diagnosing your car. Upon inspection, he will thoroughly walk you through the recommended repairs, address all of your concerns as well as receive authorization before any work is started.

The team attends several continuing education classes and trainings each year to keep up to date with new vehicles and systems. We continually invest in the newest generation of computerized diagnostic scanners, tools and equipment. Our technical library is complete with online technical data, recall notification and factory service bulletins. We are one of only a handful of shops in the Seattle area who has invested in a full line of Autologic Software and Scanners for all of the European vehicles that we work on.

Ken is so passionate about European cars that he recently visited the Mercedes Benz plant and the Porsche plant in Stuttgart, Germany. It was a great experience to actually see the vehicles he works on on a daily basis as they go down the assembly line.
